Baby, I'm a Rebel!

HIIII!!! :)

Ok, so ever since I saw RissRose2 wearing this in her videos on youtube, I have been wanting to try Rebel lipstick by M.A.C. for ages!!!!

My finals have come to an end and I was able to go out a get my one true love. This lipstick is A-M-A-Z-Z-Z-Z-ING!!!

I have pretty tanned skin (I'm Indian) and it is very hard to find nice dark color to wear that contrasts my skin in a nice way. This lipstick is now my holy grail.

Rebel is by M.A.C. cosmetics. It's a dark fuschia/purple color. It has a soft texture, it's creamy, but not too creamy where it "leaks". I paired it with Vino lipliner, also by M.A.C. giving it a darker look. This lipstick is great for the holidays! In Canada, both the lipliner and lipstick cost 18$. Not cheap, but it will last me a long time so it is well worth the money! I put pics below of me wearing it and some swatches! Lemme know what you think!

Girl about town!

Hi!!!

It's been soooo long! Life had taken over, but I am back! Alright, so I have gained so much experience in doing my makeup. I look back on my posts (not like there were many! HA!), and think, REALLY? So anyways, I found the perfect fuchsia lipstick for tan to brown skin! It's from M.A.C and it is called Girl About Town! I've had it for at least a year now, and I love it. I wear it when I go out, to work and just whenever I feel like it. It's an amplified so the color is intense! I pair it with a plum lipliner also from M.A.C. So if any of you ladies are looking for a great fucshia lipstick, look no further!
p.s it's good to wear it with a simple eye look!

Macadamia Natural Oil Goodies!

Hi Loves!
If you`re looking for a moisturizing mask that leaves your hair so silky it makes you want to touch your hair all day, Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque is for you! It's so moisturizing, the smell is addictive, and the texture is smooth and creamy! It makes your hair very silky and shiny, and gives it a sort of bounce. It's not heavy at all and that depends on how much your apply, and how much you apply depends on the length of your hair! However, this baby comes at a price, I bought it for 32$ at Ulta when I went to California. In Canada, it retails for almost 40$ depending on where you look. For now this is what I am using because I haven't found anything that can live up to it!

Yesterday I went to Winners and I found these babies!

Online, the Rejuvenating Shampoo retails for 21$ and the Moisture Rinse, it's a daily conditioner, retails for  24$ and I got them for 12.99$ and 14.99$ respectively! Forget to mention, these are both 10 fl. oz. HOW AWESOME IS THAT! I haven't used them yet but when I do I will write a review to let you know how I liked them!

Alright then, I hope you have a lovely day and may deals come your way!

IN LOVE! with something else!

Hello there lovelies!
I WAS OBSSESSED! LITERALLY! I`d been wanting a watch for the LONGEST TIME! and so finally for my birthday my parents bought me a Fossil Rose gold mini watch. It was beautiful,

I was in love with it UNTIL, I saw in the flyer the week after I bought it that if you buy something for 140$ you get 25$ off and if you buy something for 160$ you get 50$ off!
So being the penny pincher that I am, I went back to The Bay, where I bought my watch, and was about to get my 25$ back when I saw another Fossil watch that was for 190$, and it was still Stella Rose Gold, but it was wayyy bigger, and it so SO BEAUTIFUL, I could not pass it up. So I ended up with a beautiful Fossil watch in the end!

Lesson of the day: LOOK FOR DEALS PEOPLE!

Holiday Look

Hey lovelies!

For my holiday party with family and friends I decided to do a sort of copper gold, smokey brown look with neutral lips using mac siss!

Hope everyone had a good holiday!

Nails,Nails,Nails!

Hey everyone!
I have major nail problems! I got artificial nails done once and my nails were ruined! They started to peel and become super thin! I've tried many things and it's just not working. So i decided to try some artificial do it yourself nails and here they are. Unfortunately I threw the box out before I could write this post but I think they might be from the French Kiss brand but not really sure. Anyways here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
  • Look pretty
  • Don't damage nails as much as acrylic nails
  • CHEAP! Only 7$
Cons:
  • Break easily
  • Lasts only a week
  • You get air bubbles that fill with water
To solve the air bubbles problem, I just painted over the french tip and nail with my revlon navy blue nail polish.

Here are some pictures.

I would recommend these artificial nails for people who want to have nice nails for maybe the weekend and don't want to spend all the money getting their nails done at the salon!

Anyways,
Good night lovelies!

Shoes to die for!

Hello my loves!

Ain't she pretty :)

It pains me to say this but I cannot wear platforms or high heels for the life of me! It makes me very sad. So for my fascination and love for shoes, I live vicariously through my cousin! She is so beautiful and has awesome legs! She can wear any shoes and they look so nice on her. I wanted to share some pictures of these amazing platform shoes she bought at payless for 50$ Isn't that just the greatest deal!

That's it for now! :)
